CRM Services can be broken down into components or ask me about a full overhaul package. 

Assessments and Recommendations

Adopting a CRM requires both an investment in time and money, so it's important that you get it right, or as close to right as possible. Through an assessment project, I'll work with you and your team to identify organizational goals and ideal customer/donor and employee experiences. I'll do a deep dive into how your team operates to get a full understanding of what information team members need when, skill level and capacity level.

 

This work results in a deep understanding of your unique CRM requirements. I'll take that information away to research and test potential systems that will meet your needs and budget. 

 

You'll come away with recommendations for what features you'll need in a CRM, how that CRM should function (a draft configuration plan), and up to 3 CRM candidates to hep with your decision-making. ​​

​A typical Assessment and Recommendations project includes: â€‹

  • Needs assessment - I work with your team to understand your CRM goals, challenges, budget and business metrics. 

  • Current state review - I’ll look closely at your current processes, systems and capacity to understand how they align or not with overarching goals. 

  • Identification for areas of opportunity and improvement to maximize your current systems. 

  • Tool research - I'll do the heavy lifting of researching, demoing and testing out potential CRMs

  • Workflow optimization recommendations - with your overarching goals as our north star, you’ll be provided with workflow recommendations that will improve your current day-to-day and get you closer to your goals.  

  • Customized CRM recommendations - If it is determined that an investment in new technology is needed, I'll provide you with a narrowed down list to help with your decision-making. 

  • Customized technology recommendations - sometimes a CRM isn't enough. If other systems will make a significant positive impact on your business, recommendations of these systems and how they will integrate into your CRM will also be provided. 

  • A roadmap so you can implement effectively

CRM Adoptions and Migrations

A CRM can make a hugely positive impact on your business but success lies in the customization and adoption of that system. Adopting a new CRM is not a small project; it can take anywhere from 3-6, sometimes up to 12 months. CRM Redesigns and Reconfigurations

Businesses and organizations change overtime and it's important that your CRM change with you. You may not need to change systems entirely, you may just need a bit of reconfiguration of your current system. A system reconfig looks similar to a CRM adoption process without the system selection process. I'll go deep with your team to understand your current needs to understand how your system needs to change, then I'll do the implementation and get your team up-to-speed again.
