Assessments and Recommendations

​I work with you and your team to identify organizational goals and ideal customer/donor and employee experiences then I'll deep dive into your current systems identify opportunities for optimization that will help you achieve your goals faster.

 

You'll come away with actionable recommendations to create systems that will improve your day-to-day and help you provide exceptional customer service and/or donor stewardship. â€‹â€‹

​A typical Assessment and Recommendations project includes:

  • Needs assessment - I work with your team to understand your CRM goals, challenges, budget and business metrics. 

  • Current state review - I’ll look closely at your current processes, systems and capacity to understand how they align or not with overarching goals. 

  • Identification for areas of opportunity and improvement to maximize your current systems. 

  • Tool research - I'll do the heavy lifting of researching, demoing and testing out potential systems

  • Workflow optimization recommendations - with your overarching goals as our north star, you’ll be provided with options for replacing, adding to or adjustments to implement that will improve your current systems and get you closer to your goals.  

  • Customized technology recommendations - If it is determined that an investment in new technology is needed, I'll provide you with a narrowed down list to help with your decision-making. 

  • A roadmap so you can implement effectively

System Implementations

Businesses and organizations change overtime and it's important that your CRM change with you. You may not need to change systems entirely, you may just need a bit of reconfiguration of your current system. A system reconfig looks similar to a CRM adoption process without the system selection process. I'll go deep with your team to understand your current needs to understand how your system needs to change, then I'll do the implementation and get your team up-to-speed again. 

A typical implementation includes: 

  • Project management and implementation road map

  • System redesign (data modeling, user journey development, etc) 

  • Customization (making it happen in your system)

  • Systems integration (making your system speak with your other systems)

  • Automation (we’ll automate, where possible, repetitive tasks and customer service workflows that wow your clients)
