this works

StopGap is a client who engaged me to find and implement a CRM and donation processing tool that would meet their unique needs. This organization works to create a world where every person can access every space. A world free of barriers would help give everyone the opportunity to live a life full of independence, spontaneity, and ultimate fulfillment.

 

The tool needed to be able to manage and track all of StopGap's contacts, their relationship with each other and engagement with, or participation in, their programs. They wanted to spend less time on manual data transfers so the CRM needed to be integrated with other cloud tools and trigger automatic workflows. Finally, StopGap wanted to make list building easier and communicate with stakeholders in a more personalized way.
